JLA Insolvency & Advisory is an independent boutique insolvency and restructuring practice based in Sydney, providing practical, commercially focused solutions to companies, directors, creditors and professional advisers facing financial difficulty.

Led by Registered Liquidator and Chartered Accountant Jamieson Louttit, JLA brings more than 30 years of insolvency and restructuring experience across complex corporate appointments, liquidations, voluntary administrations, receiverships, restructures and turnaround engagements.

Jamieson holds a Master of Taxation Law and Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Justice of the Peace in NSW. His extensive qualifications are backed by decades of hands-on experience working with businesses ranging from privately owned companies to listed organisations, government bodies and major financiers.

Our specialist team combines technical expertise with a personal, responsive approach, developing tailored strategies designed to achieve practical outcomes in even the most challenging circumstances.
